Let's Get Acquainted
Hello my name is JV. I have been a life coach for the last 10 plus years. Like many of you I have struggled with obstacles in my life. I would look in the mirror and see one image and struggled with the image in my mind of what was created through situations I lived through and experienced. Like the image you saw with me leaning against a bed in lingerie many would say how's this relevant to the page. What you may not know is that it took many years for me to become comfortable with who I am and what I look like. This came from many years of name calling, being bullied, mistreated, abused mentally, emotionally, and physically. For many years I was trying to Survive My Mind.
Surviving My Mind is a great platform for all to connect in this Journey called life. This blog came out of from my experiences. I began writing blogs as a way to connect with you and your journey as a reader. We all have different journeys with similar obstacles and/or challenges. As a life coach and through my own personal experience, I can help you in your journey and teach you how to remove the road blocks in your life.
